Professional Profile:

Claire is a Sport & Exercise Scientist, strength & conditioning coach, running coach and personal trainer. With over six years in the industry, Claire has trained a wide range of clientele and is particularly interested in the holistic wellness of her clients. Claire's research into movement quality through her PhD lends her to program for a variety of needs for both daily living and performance.


Claire's areas of expertise are:

  • Performance & health measurement

  • Endurance athletes (runners, cyclists, triathletes)

  • Pre- and Post-partum womens fitness

  • Strength training for performance, injury rehabilitation and prevention

For endurance athletes: Interval training!

For strength training: Claire loves to combine several exercises into one movement to challenge the body in all planes of movement.

Pre- and Post-partum: always involves "how to carry your baby around during awkward daily tasks"
