Sarah is an exercise physiologist and personal trainer.
Sarah's areas of expertise are:
Injury rehabilitation (particularly loves knees and shoulders!)
Injury prevention programs especially for younger athletes

Sarah believes in an individualised stepped approach to exercise prescription, starting with muscle activation, mobility and basic movement patterning and progressing through to developing strength and power. This ultimately works to enable an effective return to normal activities and a basis upon which to enhance performance.
Sarah loves playing competitive netball and doing heavy weights sessions in the gym. Injury rehab is Sarah’s passion as she loves seeing hard work turning into results for her clients.
