At Sydney Performance Lab we will get you into prime conditioning for your sport, your desired body composition or your general health & fitness. 



  1. Your initial one-on-one session will involve goal setting and testing to help your trainer come up with a specific, challenging and achievable program

  2. Book into your weekly session(s) at a time that suits you. You will follow your individual program, while training alongside 2-3 others and coached by a strength and conditioning specialist. 

  3. Every 4-6 weeks you will receive a one-on-one session with your preferred trainer to re-evaluate and progress your program. 




  •  At Sydney Performance Lab we believe that training needs to be specific, accessible and affordable.

  • To get the best results it is recommended that you train 2-3 times per week.  

  • Semi-private training gives you the flexibility to book into numerous time slots at a more affordable price than personal training.

  • Our preferred ratio is 1 trainer to 2-3 clients, this will be capped at 4 clients. In peak periods, we have 2 trainers on hand. 

  • With your regular one-on-one catch-ups with your trainer, you can be sure that you are being progressed at the right rate for maximum results.

$70 (incl GST)

Book in for one session per week and receive an individualised program that is progressed every 4-6 weeks. 

1x week is recommended for those who are already participating in a regular physical activity or training program and need a personalised program to complement their training. 


$130 (incl GST)

This is our most popular category. Book into any two time slots throughout the week.

2x week is recommended for those who are not doing any other strength training and need to complement their training to be strong and injury free.


$180 (Incl GST)

This one is for those who want serious results.

3x week is recommended for those who are looking for a complete strength & conditioning program.  

There are no contracts, sign up fees or minimum training periods. You can stop or pause at any time!

  • Autopay's are scheduled in advance, i.e. you will be charged before you train

  • Please contact the lab when you wish to pause or stop training

  • A minimum of 3 days notice before the next autopay is required

At Sydney Performance Lab we understand emergency's happen and we will try to be as accommodating as possible to reschedule your appointment before cancelling it.

If a rescheduled appointment can be made for that day - we will endeavor to change the time for you.

In the circumstance, that the appointment needs to be cancelled we will abide by following policy

Sydney Performance Lab Cancellation Policy:

  • All appointments will be scheduled directly between Sydney Performance Lab and the client, online, in person or via telephone.

  • Subsequently, if a client has to cancel or reschedule any previously scheduled appointments, the client must contact the scheduled practitioner directly at least 8 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.

  • If a client does not cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 8 hours in advance, Sydney Performance Lab reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to a full service fee that would normally be charged for that session.

  • If a client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment, Sydney Performance Lab reserves the right to charge a no show fee equivalent to the service fee that would have been charged for the session.

  • All cancellations must be made 8 hours in advance by phone, text or email
